CELEBRATIONS AT SATLUJ

National Umbrella Day was celebrated at Satluj Public School, Sector – 4, Panchkula. ‘Itty Betty – Spin an Umbrella’ was played with Class V students in the school assembly. In the activity, students carrying colourful umbrellas, took part in a quiz alongwith a dance. Director/Principal Krit Serai said, “As part of many cultures since ancient times, umbrellas have a colourful history and we at Satluj are happy to commemorate the day with our junior Satlujians”.
