WORLD HEPATITIS DAY

World Hepatitis Day is observed annually on 28 July to raise awareness about the disease which causes inflammation and of the liver. The idea is to spread awareness about the fact that hepatitis is preventable and treatable.
Satlujians made posters, PPTs, recorded their videos to raise public awareness about hepatitis, the risks, treatment and care. Reekrit Serai, Managing Director, Satluj Group of Schools said, “It’s important that we create an awareness and educate children about diseases like these. It’s not a taboo, rather it’s like any other disease that can be taken care of with proper awareness and treatment. Our Satlujians are doing a marvelous job in incorporating their education into practical use.”
